CPU Cooler
Created a CPU cooler based on the AMD Wraith Prism cooler
Modelled a CPU Cooler based on the AMD Wraith Prism cooler which I'm currently using in my PC.
However, it is not an exact replica. For example, the pipes connected to the heatsink are different.
You may have noticed, I've added a lot of images for this post. It might seem like overkill, but I am quite proud of this project, so please forgive my indulgence. I worked on this project for about a week in total. I was still learning how to model a fan which is not quite easy. I modelled the rest of the parts quickly since they are not as complex and then switched to another project. After coming back to this with a fresh perspective, I was able to get the fan right. This model is quite high poly, especially the fan part. Needed to sub surf it good to get the smoothness I was looking for. Then ofcourse the texturing and lighting/rendering part of it. It got a little intense but I think I got this one right.
